Donna Thomas, a former 25 year resident of Wappingers Falls, created the suicide prevention program, James’s Warriors, in memory of her son James, a 2017 Roy C. Ketcham graduate, who died by suicide on October, 2019. The group, which started on March 17, 2020 has been very warmly received and has already completed live visits in eight locations, including recently at Ballston Spa School District pictured here. Also in the photo is the therapist, Dr. Jaimee Arnoff, who volunteers her time to speak- alongside Thomas-at the highly informative, emotionally moving presentations.
